Sponsoring Policy

Purpose
The mission of the CCI France Pays-Bas is to provide a professional environment to its members to network, share expertise, and develop business opportunities in the French/Dutch business community.
We are frequently approached by individuals and organizations who wish to have us solicit our members for sponsorships, donations, or financial support for various projects.
To protect the interests and focus of our members, we have established the following policy regarding external requests for sponsorship or financing.

Policy Statement
To maintain the professional purpose and standards of the CCI France Pays-Bas:

• Our communication channels, meetings, and events are reserved exclusively for activities that align with the club’s core objectives: networking, business development, and professional growth of its members.
• Consequently, the CCI France Pays-Bas does not distribute or communicate to its members any requests made by (non-) members for sponsorships, donations, or project financing.

Rationale
This policy ensures that our members are not exposed to unsolicited requests for financial support, and can focus on the business opportunities and professional connections that are the foundation of the CCI France Pays-Bas.
This policy is essential to preserve the reputation of CCI France Pays-Bas as a professional and reliable network for its members.
Application Any attempt to use the club as a platform to solicit sponsorship or funding from our members—whether originating from members or non-members—will not be permitted. Violations may result in appropriate measures, including the refusal of future requests or, for members, disciplinary action.
