Arles is a modern bistro located on a quiet side street in one of Amsterdam’s liveliest and trendiest neighborhoods, known as De Pijp. The restaurant draws inspiration from the Parisian “bistronomic” scene, offering high-quality cuisine at affordable prices in a relaxed setting.

At Arles, a warm ambiance, complemented by French and contemporary paintings, creates a distinctly French artistic atmosphere. The restaurant consists of four rooms: the lounge, the cellar, the greenhouse, and the patio. Each of these spaces has its own distinct character while contributing to the feel of a modern French bistro. The dishes at this neo-bistro are approachable yet surprising, combining French cuisine with new flavors and influences from around the world. The wines are another important and distinctive aspect of Arles. The entirely French wine list features both renowned estates and promising natural wines.
