Grammes

Grammes was born in 2021, right in the midst of the global pandemic. Our founder, Maxime Papin, brought over a decade of experience from working in Paris's top patisseries—think Pierre Hermé, Benoît Castel, and Yann Couvreur—to Amsterdam. Here, he teamed up with his Dutch partner, Nawal Batoun. Drawing from their combined hospitality experience, they envisioned and created a space that truly reflects them: a place offering exceptional quality in both food and drinks, alongside care in customer service.
