AnGel Coaching International
Founded by Anne Gelebart in 2017, AnGel Coaching International (AGCI) is a dynamic leadership and team development practice based in the Netherlands. AGCI’s mission is to empower leaders and teams to reconnect with their authentic, impactful selves and foster sustainable, human-centered change.
Working mainly with international corporate environments, Anne combines deep coaching, team facilitation, and somatic practices—including Pilates, breathing, mindfulness, and improvisation—to develop greater self-awareness, agility, and collaboration. Her approach is both holistic and practical, tailored to each client’s context and needs.
Serving both individuals (from managers to C-suite) and teams, Anne provides bespoke coaching journeys, offsite retreats, and year-long team coaching programs. AGCI’s clients span diverse industries, including finance, FMCG, retail, and pharmaceuticals. Anne’s ability to coach in English, French, and Spanish bridges cultural and language barriers, fostering leadership that is grounded, empathetic and effective.
