Montpellier Business School | Register to the Doctorate in Business Administration

In September 2026, MBS will begin training a new class of management professionals, combining practical experience with scientific research!

Are you looking a DBA mixing your professional experience with scientific mission ? This diploma is made for you !

✅ Format & Recognition

• A part-time, distance-learning program taught entirely in English
• MBS is accredited : AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA, the world’s most prestigious business school accreditation bodies
• "Digital" means distance learning, the official diploma will state Doctorate in Business Administration, with no mention of the “digital” format

✅ Who Can Apply?

• You must hold a Master’s degree and have at least 5 years of managerial experience
• The program is open to candidates worldwide, with no nationality or location restrictions

✅ Program Structure

• 3-year duration
• Year 1: 10 research-oriented courses combining live (synchronous) and on-demand (asynchronous) sessions
  • One session per month: Friday to Sunday, 6 hours/day
  • Schedule: 6:00–9:00 AM & 3:00–6:00 PM (French time)
  • At the end of Year 1: you’ll propose your research topic and be assigned a faculty supervisor
• Years 2 & 3: Dedicated to your thesis research and writing, with personalized guidance from MBS professors
• Final step: DBA thesis defense

• Total: €33,000
  • Year 1: €18,000
  • Year 2: €10,000
  • Year 3: €5,000
• Fees are paid annually, with the option of installments, scholarships available
