Gender Equality Index: Arval scores 86/100!

This score of 86 points*, significantly above the minimum of 75 points required, confirms Arval's commitment to professional equality between women and men.

*This result has been defined in accordance with Decree no. 2019-15 of 8 January 2019, aimed at eliminating pay gaps between women and men in the company. The calculation methods for the indicators that make up this result are as follows: 

  • La période de référence retenue est l’année civile, du 1er janvier 2020 au 31 décembre 2020.
  • Le périmètre analysé est de 1 848 collaborateurs.

  • ARVAL a réalisé les calculs de l’indicateur d’écart de rémunération selon les niveaux de classification de l’Accord d’entreprise conclu le 20 décembre 2011, après consultation du CSE le 23 janvier 2020.
