Bolloré Transports & Logistics recruits 300 trainee students in France
Bolloré Logistics has launched a vast campaign in France to recruit 300 trainee students for the 2021-2022 academic year for a variety of positions. This campaign, which began in May, will be rolled out in two stages: the first stage is intended to recruit more than 150 trainees by 1 September 2021, while the second stage will be extended until the last quarter of the year.
From a Vocational Training Certificate (CAP) level to a Master’s degree level, future recruits will train in transport and logistics (forwarding agent, customs broker, logistics coordinator, etc.), sales (sales representative, sales administration assistant, global account manager, etc.) and cross-departmental professions (marketing assistant, HR assistant, financial controller, accountant, etc.).
This recruitment campaign will also allow Bolloré Logistics to attract and retain young talent over a wide business scope, and to offer them employment prospects in a booming sector.
“Logistics jobs remain open to all levels of qualification and encourage internal promotion. In 2021, we will triple our trainee recruitment capacity with the aim of supporting the development of Bolloré Logistics, but also to help young people enter the job market.” said Henri Le Gouis, CEO Europe of Bolloré Logistics.
