Bédouin is a family-owned firm located in Provence, in south-eastern France. We began life as an almond processing plant in 1833, specialising in almonds in all their forms. Over time, we naturally branched out into other dried fruits and nuts, passing down our time-served expertise from one generation to the next.
The firm was taken over in 2017, but our approach hasn’t changed, and we continue to honour our time-served expertise – combining tradition and modernity and keeping pace with the latest market trends.
Today we offer customized products to our professional customers :
- Whole and shelled nuts, plus a wide range of varieties.
- Ready-to-use products for the catering trade: almonds and hazelnuts in powder, sti ck, ground, grilled and other forms.
