Jean-Hugues Migeon is the CEO and Co-founder of Anove, a Dutch SaaS company pioneering in AI Governance for organizations navigating complex regulatory landscapes such as the EU AI Act, GDPR, DORA, and ISO 42001. As a certified Privacy Expert (CIPP/E, CIPM) and a member of the European Data Protection Board’s Expert Pool, he bridges the gap between law, technology and compliance, experienced in turning regulatory challenges into strategic advantages for FinTech, financial institutions, and global enterprises.
With over a decade of experience at the forefront of data protection, AI ethics, and digital governance, Jean-Hugues has held pivotal roles across high-stakes environments. At the European Space Agency, he served as a Data Protection Analyst and member of the AI and Ethics Committee, where he led the development of AI use guidelines and managed a Personal Data Protection Portfolio spanning 22 Member States. Previously, as Information Security and Privacy Officer at NN Group and ON2IT Zero Trust Innovators, he spearheaded GDPR compliance initiatives and Zero Trust security frameworks, ensuring robust protection for sensitive data in financial and technological sectors.
A thought leader in digital transformation and AI governance, Jean-Hugues has co-authored publications on Zero Trust security and ESG-focused digital governance, and is a sought-after speaker on topics such as the EU AI Act, global AI regulations, and cybersecurity. He holds a Master of Laws in International Law from the University of Grenoble-Alpes, alongside Bachelor’s Degrees in French Public and European Law and Common Law (US and UK) from the University of Auvergne.
