Iulia Brehuescu | SanofiGlobal Accessibility Adviser Global DEI

Iulia Brehuescu (she/her) is the Global Accessibility Adviser at Sanofi, a French multinational pharma and healthcare company. Iulia joined Sanofi in October 2022 as a part of the Global DEI Team, setting the global strategy for accessibility and disability inclusion practices for digital and physical environments.

Drawing on her own experience with neurodivergence, Iulia has developed a deep understanding of the intersection of accessibility, technology, and inclusivity. She has specific expertise in coordinating disability inclusion practices across large organizations and building accessibility programs from the ground up - significantly improving accessibility for people with disabilities in the workplace and beyond.

During the seminar, she will share how accessibility fits into DEI programs, creating inclusion and a diverse workforce through successful ERG frameworks and, concrete examples and success stories from Sanofi.
