He is also professor of Strategy at CHEM – centre des hautes études militaires).

He is also advisor of ANOZR WAY, a French start-up in cyber security. Graduate from Saint-Cyr military Academy, from War College, he is an engineer, graduate from ESSEC Business School and PhD in political sciences. Graduate from Institute of Advanced Studies of the FR Ministry of Interior, he is the author of a thesis on the resilience of the State, combining public policies, organizational theory and crises sociology.
