Anne-Claire is a seasoned expert in human resources and employee development, boasting almost 20 years of international experience in Europe and Asia. With a deep sensitivity towards social inequalities and minorities, she has worked in both the private sector and social/humanitarian organizations.

Anne-Claire strongly believes that diversity, collaboration, and respect for values and ethics are key components of any thriving organization. Currently serving as the EMEA Head of Culture and Teammates Experience at Under Armour, a prominent American sportswear company, Anne-Claire brings her wealth of experience and passion to promote an inclusive, equitable, and ethical culture where employees are motivated and supported to perform their best.

As a leader of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy, she is also responsible for developing complementary initiatives that foster positive employee relations and strengthen the cultural sensitivity of leadership.
