Malcolm POUPON PLOUHINEC is Compensation & Benefits and Performance Specialist at Sanofi in Amsterdam, covering seven countries across the Nordics and BeNeLux for approximately 2,400 employees. He leads Sanofi's Northern Europe action plan for the Pay Transparency Directive, alongside salary structure design, job grading and offer management policies. 

He wrote his master's thesis at Audencia Business School on gender equity under the Directive and previously worked in total rewards and international mobility at L'Oréal
