41 years ago, the United Nations officialized the International Women’s Day.

30 years later, the CCI France Pays-Bas launched their first Women’s Day Lunch. For now 11 years, the CCI France Pays-Bas invites inspiring women to celebrate this day and brings together active and professionals women and men, to a delicious lunch where one can network, connect and relax.

This year, the prestigious Council Chamber at the Sofitel Legend the Grand was filled with professional guests who were fascinated by Rina Joosten-Rabou’s presentation - (Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officier of Seedlink technology Ltd).

Her interactive speech brought greater understanding regarding the complexity and modern challenges of Human Resources and how Artificial Intelligence can remove arbitrary barriers and human bias by extracting an objective model on a person's intrinsic qualities in a systematic way that goes beyond the traditional CV. These qualities are revealed by the subconscious language used by the candidate as modern science has found that language is said to be the mirror of oneself.

Seedlink’s success story started 5 years ago in China where our second sponsor L’Oréal was the first one to trust them in finding their perfect match employees with such positive results, that L'Oreal is now using this innovative technology in a global roll out.
