TMF Group's expansion in France

TMF Group, a leading provider of compliance and administrative services, serving more than 8,000 clients in 85 jurisdictions, has today announced the acquisition of the international payroll and accounting portfolio of Isobel Audit Consulting, a French provider of payroll and accounting services.

Established over thirty years ago, the firm is part of the International Accountants Consortium (I.A.C.) and works closely with a network of independent chartered accountants, as well as tax advisers and auditors, represented in most European and Asian countries. 

The acquisition represents a key milestone for the development of TMF Group’s presence in France and the wider Western Europe region. This transaction is part of TMF Group’s drive to strenghten its credentials as a leading provider of professional services in the region. 

This operation will enable TMF France to further grow the business and continue to create value for its clients, besides leveraging the expertise of the senior management team to expand its coverage in the country and region. Isobel Audit Consulting’s clients will also benefit from TMF Group’s broader expertise in corporate services, and the suite of support services that it can offer to companies around the world.
