Retour sur Conference AI Meets People | Sia & undutchables
On May 27th, we were pleased to organise the conference "AI Meets People: The New Era of Talent & Org Design" in partnership with Sia & Undutchables.
The members of the Business Club gathered to explore how AI is reshaping recruitment: from automating administrative tasks to enhancing decision-making.
We discussed the balance between efficiency and human touch, the importance of bias reduction in job descriptions, and how AI can expand talent pools while preserving personal connections.
The conversation highlighted that AI is a tool to augment, not replace, recruiters, allowing them to focus on strategic talent planning and candidate engagement.
