Many small and medium-sized entrepreneurs, independent entrepreneurs, social entrepreneurs and charity organisations are affected by the COVID-19 crisis. This brings a true sense of uncertainty. How can I best guide my business through this crisis? How do I take care of my employees in the best way? And can I get support from the government? PwC wants to provide guidance to entrepreneurs. We are ready to help you with your first, acute questions. Free of charge.

Of course, we won't be able to answer all your questions. Much is still uncertain, even for us. We will do our best to help you get started as well and quickly as possible.
 

Who is the COVID-19 Helpdesk for?


The helpdesk is especially set up for SMEs*, independent entrepreneurs, social enterprise(s)** and charity organizations. Due to the emergency measures they often have fewer customers and their turnover decreases. The crisis hits them right at the heart of their existence.
