The Floreijn group is a company specialized in Employee Benefits consultancy, stated in Gouda. We are part of Söderberg & Partners (S&P), the largest independent consultant and provider of insurance, investments and associated financial products in Scandinavia.
Since 2007, Floreijn makes pension-, healthcare-, and disability plans refreshingly simple and carefree for companies. We help, mostly international active, companies forward with healthy and sustainable employable workers, by making the most of their insurances. Intelligently we connect employer, employees, insurers and other stakeholders together. In this chain we protect the interests of our customers. Floreijn believes in craftsmanship, simplicity and customer sense. Floreijn once started as a consulting company that wanted to really make a difference. Because of our growth ambitions and the changing of the advising landscape, we joined S&P in 2017. They help us to finance and support our growth ambitions and to develop state of the art IT tooling in the pension, health, individual advice and disability market in the Netherlands. Because of their innovative technologies S&P is more efficient, transparent, low-cost and client-centered than other consultancy firms in the world. Since 2018, Floreijn is the partner for the Netherlands of Assurex Global, the world’s largest privately-held risk management and insurance brokerage group. In this network we also work together with Henner Group, the French leader in employee benefits for companies.
