Many of us have had to take precautions recently due to the Covid-19 epidemic. My thoughts are with the Acolad group teams, our clients, and our network of freelancers during this difficult time.

Some of you have asked us about our Business Continuity Plan. Thanks to the nature of our work, which is 100% digital, we can offer the same level of service that you are used to.

More specifically, the following measures have been put into place:

- Video calls and telephone conferences for team members who are working remotely

- IT has reinforced network capacity and Acolad staff equipment to enable full remote work.

- Where necessary, secure VPN connections have been established to safely access remote data

- HR and management have provided clear policies and procedures and send regular updates to the entire organization.
