Meet-up "AI in Recruitment" | Undutchables & NFCC

On November 13th, we had the pleasure of meeting up with our members in Amsterdam for an event focused on "AI in Recruitment", organized in partnership with Undutchables and the Netherlands French Chamber of Commerce.

Monica Haga-Schoonhoven from Carv and Marjan Stoit from Undutchables shared insights about the efficient integration of artificial intelligence into recruitment processes, notably through the prism of Carv.

Carv is an AI recruitment platform designed to facilitate recruiters, hiring managers and candidates' experiences, and aiming at enhancing human connection throughout the entire recruiting process. Based on Undutchables' experience using the platform, Monica and Marjan discussed the potential of artificial intelligence for improving efficiency and hiring outcomes. Among other elements, they demonstrated how can Carv provide:

• Efficient tools to better read and analyze CVs;

• Complete feedbacks for both the recruiter and the candidate;

• Interviews' assessments highlighting key elements of the discussion;

• and more.

Following the presentation, our attendees had the opportunity to ask the speakers questions over the use of platform and the increasing role of AI and its implications in the field of recruitment. We pursued the evening with a pleasant networking cocktail.
