Léon Event offers an internship as Project Manager Assistant in its Amsterdam studio, starting as soon as possible ! 

About Léon Event

Léon Event is an Amsterdam, Annecy and Geneva based company specialized in corporate event organization everywhere in the world as:

  • Meeting (seminars, conventions, conferences)
  • Brand activation (product launches, opening ceremony)
  • Incentives (trips, challenges, coaching, team building)
  • Celebrations (gala dinners, award ceremony, end-of-year party)
  • Travel (incentive trips, reward trips, learning expeditions)

Your role :

Within the Dutch team, you will be supporting the Event Managers on all aspects of event planning and coordination:

  • Create tailor made offers and quote prices
  • Select and maintain contact with suppliers
  • Prepare and manage event materials (planning and communication documents, rooming lists, etc..)
  • Assist in preparing and coordinating all logistical aspects of our events
  • Support event execution on site
  • Update events database (new vendors and venues sourcing)

  • Trainee compensation based on applicant’s qualifications

  • Proactive and autonomous
  • A serious team player with strong relationship and communication skills
  • Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
  • Able to multi-task and manage priorities
  • Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
