Team Leader Sales Operations France

In this role as Team Leader Sales Operations France you will be responsible for managing and supporting the staff in the Sales Operations Team France.

What will you do?

  • In addition to your own group of customers, together with the Manager Sales Operations you will ensure that your team is perfectly aligned with the Sales team, with which you work together and support fully
  • Together with your team you will further develop the customer relationships, maintain the customer details and manage your complete "order 2 cash" process in the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics AX) and a planning tool developed in-house
  • The team comprises 5 FTE, of varying ages and experience. You will coordinate, coach and lead the team so that their activities are well-coordinated and adequate personnel are present both in quantitative and qualitative terms
  • You will coach and support the Sales Operation employees, including around service focus and administrative capabilities. You ensure that the correct information and meetings are in place and stimulate mutual cooperation and knowledge transfer
  • Together with the relevant Sales Operation staff member you intervene in the event of organisational and cooperation issues both in your own team and the department, as well as outside. You supervise the execution and implementation of the objectives, intervening as necessary
  • You also put together the assessment, coaching and development discussions together with the Manager Sales Operations, and carry them out yourself or together with the Manager
  • You are responsible for timely notification of issues before escalation occurs. You have a problem-solving approach and see escalating issues as challenges to be resolved in the best possible way for all parties

Who are we looking for?

  • Professionally educated level of working and thinking
  • Good communication skills in French and Dutch, both written and spoken. English is a plus
  • Good Excel capabilities
  • Knowledge of an ERP system, for example Microsoft Dynamics AX, Navision, SAP, JD Edwards, Exact or Unit4
  • Some experience in a similar role in customer service, call center or sales support
  • Available 40 hours a week with own means of transport due to the poor accessibility of the company’s offices by public transport.
