French Speaking Mechanical Engineer

The Technical Support Group is an integral part of our service and support offering to customers.
This team, based out of our EMEA region headquarters in Amsterdam,  provides native language first-line technical support to the customer service department and customers.


  • Advise Customer Service team members with belt and design recommendations
  • Approve and handle customized belts and accessories requests
  • Solve customer issues by phone and email and provide support with CAD drawings
  • Assist in the training of customers, as well as customer service and sales team members


  • Secondary / Higher Technical School level education, or equivalent, in MechanicalEngineering 
  • Experience related to material handling, conveyor systems, or in technical customer Support
  • Understand the basics of CAD software
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills
  • Service minded; self-managed mentality with a sense of ownership
  • Native/Business level French speaker, with good communication skills in English. Additional language skills are advantageous
