Customer Success Manager

The Customer Success Team is a critical part of our current and future success, and we are looking for someone that shares our passion of providing great customer service. We take the success of our customers incredibly seriously and are looking to add an additional member to the International Customer Success Team to make sure we can keep delivering on our proactive approach to customer service.

You will be based in the Customer Xperience department working closely together with Technical Support and Professional Services. This position will be based in our satellite Office in Amsterdam.

Day to Day

As a Customer Success Manager you will deliver effective and proactive customer support to our French speaking customer base and directly influence the success of our customers. You will do this by delivering solutions to both technical and non-technical end users, training and advocacy.

We are looking for an individual with excellent people skills, an interest in web communication, and a passion for sharing their knowledge. Next to this the ideal candidate has a passion for ensuring satisfaction and making customers successful in their digital presence.

Core Responsibilities

  • Managing Customer Accounts
  • Training customers over phone/online or onsite
  • Increase renewal rates and reduce churn
  • Answering customer requests
  • Helping customers with website and platform related queries
  • Working with the Sales team to coordinate and understand which customers require our training services
  • Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps by writing guides and by recording video tutorials

What We Require of You

  • To be customer service driven
  • Proactive in your desire to help and add value to our customers
  • Being highly organized and articulate
  • French at full professional level, English fluent and Dutch good
  • General interest in web
  • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
  • Able to lay out technical content to different audiences (technical and non-technical end users)
