Business developer (recruitment) for the Dutch market

Business Development (65%) :


  • You analyze and define action plans and marketing campaigns on a targeted customer portfolio.
  • You engage with the market: participating in networking events, receiving senior candidates, leveraging the company’s international network in Benelux...etc
  • You organize your own agenda and arrange appointments with existing and new clients.
  • You identify and analyze the needs in international recruitment and RPOs for these prospects.
  • You develop customized and tailor-made commercial proposals to answer to these needs.
  • You lead the negotiation of the proposals
  • You participate in cross-border bidding and SLAs, being constantly in touch with your international peers.

Account Management / Service Delivery / Operations (35%) :


  • You take the briefing, present the results and are in charge of the closing.
  • You ensure correct understanding of the client’s needs by taking extensive and in-depth briefing with the different client ́s stakeholders.
  • You translate those needs into the company ́s methodology by designing specific search strategies, test and questionnaires for the candidate ́s assessment.
  • You develop the assignments. In the first months, as part of your induction program, you will be directly in charge of the candidate development (sourcing, phone screening, MAP, Personal Interview, Reports) and progressively you will step in a more sales and managerial role, developing the assignment coordinating Operational consultants.
  • You guarantee the highest standard of quality of the service delivered.
  • You ensure at all times that the customer relationship is being well managed (sales, invoicing, service delivery and cash collection).
