Tech Support at Intratone

Leading French Intercom and Access Control company, now expanding rapidly in Netherlands and Belgium is looking for a Technical Support Specialist.  You will be working in a newly created team and will assist mainly trade professional, housing associations, management agents and sometimes end-users. A full training will be given for 1 or 2 weeks in our head office in France. (85290)

This a Monday to Friday role based in Amsterdam with no late shift.

ROLE:

  • Assisting professional clients in
    •  Installing our products and troubleshooting technical issues and breakdowns.
    •  Setting up, configuring our products on our management software intratone.info
  • Assisting end-users on how to use our products
  • Manage the customer relationship through the life of the case and create an accurate log of interactions with customers
  • Maintain a strong relationship with the client
  • Organize technical trainings to our partners installers and distributors

 

PROFILE:

  • Previous experience as a Technical Support, Desktop Support or IT Helpdesk technician
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Technical knowledge of electronic, electrical devices, telecom, IT or IT network
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good level of Dutch and English, French an asset
