The company is present online and in more than 7000 points of sale in 80 countries to be as close as possible to its customers and to spread the word about its products.

The mission

Based in the Netherlands and reporting to the Sales Manager based in Paris, you will be responsible for growing its business and driving its sales.

Managing the distribution network in your dedicated commercial area, you will be the brand’s main ambassador for your customers (B2B) and will promote the brand image in accordance with the company’s values, both within your commercial area and during different international trade fairs.

Your customers are: opticians, concept stores, sport stores, fashion stores, childcare stores, etc.

Through your regular market visits (you will often be traveling) and your regular presence at the head office, your main tasks will be to:

• Manage the portfolio of existing customers

• Target and prospect potential customers in your zone in order to increase your portfolio

• Guarantee the merchandising policy & the brand universe in your area

• Have an important presence in the field and at trade shows

• Work closely with the sales administration team

• Report on your commercial activity and achievements through the internal CRM system and weekly meetings with the Sales Manager

• Achieve the qualitative and quantitative objectives that will be set with you

Your profil

You’re fluent in Dutch (written and spoken), in English and French is a real advantage.

You have an experience in a relevant position (including work/study training program or internship), ideally within the Optical Business or customer facing position.

With a true passion for design and understanding of the fashion and retail industry, you want to develop and take part in the growth of the Dutch area.

Driving license is required.

Beyond your training, it is above all your personality and disposition which will make the difference! Dynamic, cheerful and organized, you know how to take initiatives and are at ease in a constantly evolving structure.

You have excellent interpersonal skills and strong team spirit.

3 in-person interviews :

An interview with the HR Coordinator (30-45min).

An interview with the head of wholesale.

An interview with one of the Founders.

Why 4 interviews with the company? Because they are looking for skills but also personality. Checking with you that their corporate culture suits you is essential. It is therefore important to us to involve several people, to give you the best possible idea of what to expect!


33-36 K€ gross annual salary excl. 8% holiday allowance + bonus + company car and of course laptop and phone.
