Regional sales manager Benelux

Our client, a leading power electronics company, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager on a full-time basis for the Benelux region.

We are looking for someone with a business development mentality, willing to travel: this is a field position where you will need to visit clients and prospects.

In this position, you will be responsible for sales-related activities in Benelux and will report to the Benelux Sales Director.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.

Qualify prospects, provide quotations, negotiate and close sales opportunities.

Manage channel partners, develop effective channel partner programs to increase profitable revenue.

Provide monthly sales forecasts, ensure sufficient order coverage.

Handle all customer needs, technical and commercial issues.

Attend and support key networking events and trade shows.

Develop commercial proposals.

Requirements

Sales professional with the confidence and ability to identify and close new business opportunities.

Experience across an international environment.

Technical understanding and background in electronics.

Fluent in Dutch and English, French would be a plus.
