Office manager for the Dutch subsidiary of a French theme park
The company was twice awarded best theme park of the world and second largest theme park in France, and is now extending its activities abroad. This company operates a live show in The Netherlands since 2013, in partnership with a leading theme park in Europe. For its office in The Netherlands, the company is looking for a trilingual (English-Dutch-French) Office manager.
Missions
The Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. He/she will wear multiple hats, undertaking administrative, budgeting, human resources and coordination tasks.
He/she also supports the Show Manager to ensure a smooth functioning and will report to the subsidiary’s CEO and to the back office team in France.
Main activities
• Organizing meetings and managing databases
• Organizing company events or conferences
• Supervising and monitoring the administrative tasks
• Managing financial and confidential elements (budgets, payroll, contracts)
• Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
• Participating to HR missions
• Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
• Managing internal & external correspondence
• Ordering stationery and furniture
• Booking transport & accommodation
• Providing administrative support to Show Manager and administrative assistance to show team
Ideal profile
- Fluency in Dutch, English and French
- Have the ability to handle confidential information
- Enthusiastic and hands on
- Have 5+ years of relevant experience
- Have an active approach to work load
- Full comprehension of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Terms
Type of contract : full-time position (80% possible) / 1 year fixed-term contract
Location : Kaatsheuvel, The Netherlands (Efteling). Expected starting date : as soon as possible
