Administrative Assistant (French-speaking) 32/40 hours

Innovative & internationally oriented organization with over 30 years of experience in the sale & delivery of advanced equipment for medical imaging.

They are active in Scandinavia, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain and France.

Due to expansion in the financial administration department, they are immediately looking for an Administrative Assistant (French-speaking) 32/40 hours.

Job description:

  • Processing, coding and booking of incoming purchase invoices
  • Matching purchase invoices with purchase orders
  • Processing credit cards/declarations
  • Taking care of payments and drafting payment specifications
  • Handling payment reminders from creditors
  • Producing sales invoices, projects, service contracts and sales of disposables
  • Reconciling general ledger and sub ledgers Debtors and Creditors
  • Preparing memorandum entries
  • Processing and booking of bank statements
  • Taking care of the Tax return.

We expect at least:

  • MBO 4-level, financial/administrative
  • 3 years' work experience in a similar position in a medium-sized or large company
  • Experience with ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Navision is a plus)
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
  • Good command of the French and English language (Dutch is a plus)
